Join our team as a Senior Warehouse Associate!

We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Warehouse Associate (SWA) plays a key role in daily warehouse operations — from organizing donations and operating forklifts to helping lead the team and supporting the Donated Goods Manager. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and hands-on warehouse experience who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts to transport bales, pallets, and capsacks safely throughout the warehouse.
• Unload trucks and ensure donations are sorted and stored efficiently.
• Prepare daily warehouse plans based on direction from the Donated Goods Manager.
• Lead morning meetings and assist with daily team coordination.
• Complete end-of-day reporting and close the warehouse as needed.
• Load trailers and containers, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing warehouse inventory.
• Move 20’ box trucks to and from docks as needed.
• Support a positive, customer-focused environment with internal and external partners.
• Follow all safety and company policies to maintain a secure, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification required (must maintain active certification).
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours a day.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report.
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx or other shipping carriers is a plus.
